故事圍繞著四年一度召開的決定女王的賭命的武術格鬥會「QUEEN'S BLADE」，美少女們因為各種各樣的理由而參加這個武術格鬥會。。Returning home from an ordinary day at the office, Virgílio finds a rather disturbing message on his answering machine: Clara informs that she is leaving him.
