由于书生身着传说中大醉侠的服饰，以至于江湖中人人都认为他就是“大醉侠”大力奉承，但也引来武林败类的仇杀，巧在书生在路途中遇到了正牌“大醉侠”，“大醉侠”见书生虽不是江湖中人却有一腔古道热肠，于是反拜书生为师傅以便暗中保护。
