某天深夜，博爱医院的内科医生辛玉廷和画匠老方救下一名被日本宪兵队追捕的伤员后，另一名医生周益向外挂了一通神秘电话。不久，日本宪兵队特高课青木收到号称“帝国军人眼睛”的“四十五号”提供的情报，下令搜查博爱医院，翻译官丁彦首当其冲搜查时，扑了空。
“四十五号”现身日本宪兵队，称周益就是要找的新四军的买药人，原来他是……知晓药品交易的时间和地点后，青木再派丁彦出发，殊不知丁彦同“四十五号”的身份并无差别。。When six-year-old Sophie is tragically orphaned guardianship is assigned to her estranged aunt Annabelle.
