银行职员三崎玲奈（山本美月 饰）虽然长得很漂亮，但是工作粗心又有些迷糊，事业和爱情都看不到前进的方向。在高中好友栗田美晴（佐藤ありさ 饰）组织的联谊会上，玲奈偶然邂逅英俊帅气的服装公司老板武藤信吾（桐山涟 饰），于是信口开河说自己在公关公司工作。以此为契机，玲奈来到美晴所在的公关公司应聘，并且意外通过了面试。负责带玲奈的是公司的精英草壁亮平（山本裕典 饰），虽然不被草壁看好，不过玲奈凭借接二连三迸发的好点子很快成为公关界炙手可热的新人。
