Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。Dallas is a one-man killing machine on a mysterious rampage. His attacks on biker gangs and meth labs anger the Vegas mob boss who's holding Dallas's girlfriend hostage. But who is Dallas working for? Even torture won't make him talk...and he won't stop until justice is served.。
