南方某地相思镇有一家客店，由于管理混乱，服务态度差，令林区的司机们怨声载道。赵行决定改变这种不良现状，他首先撤掉了自己老婆乔三腊的经理职务，换上敢说敢干的原公社会计张观音，张一向坚持原则，前几年曾查过乔三腊的食宿帐。乔仰仗父亲是县官，对张观音伺机报复，她利用张与归侨司机邝南生谈恋爱的机会，夸大事实，说他们是有妇之夫通奸，吓得邝从此不敢来店投宿，张观音也被弄的声名狼籍。如今张一上任，首先辞退利用乔三腊关系来混饭吃的人，换上一批通过考试招聘的有事业心的年轻姑娘当服务员，店名改成相思女子客店……。Young Jim Hawkins, while running the Benbow Inn with his mother, meets Captain Billy Bones, who dies at the inn while it is besieged by buccaneers led by Blind Pew. Jim and his mother fight off the attackers and discover Billy Bones' treasure map for which the buccaneers had come.
