This story relates to our lives as we strive to do our best, not just in sports, school but also relationships between friends...。唐朝末年，皇室喜狩猎，骊山脚下狐族不堪其扰，派出轻凤、飞鸾欲与皇族结为百年之好，以保平安。轻凤因立功心切，接受了狐族“主战派”的命令，进入皇宫伺机刺杀皇上。她得知飞鸾倾心于书生李玉溪，便一直帮他们牵线，引开飞鸾的注意力，以便自己完成行刺使命。入宫后，轻凤为皇上的勤政爱民所感动，心生爱慕，皇帝也视其为知己，更因为皇帝曾在狩猎时救她一命，她在感情和任务中苦苦挣扎。轻凤不再是一心想“立功”的人，开始体悟到善恶。又因轻凤无意中得到玉玺，实际上也卷入了宫廷暗斗之中。皇帝决心铲除阉党，夺回皇权，重整朝纲，轻凤终于决定放弃自己的一己私心，坚定的站在皇帝这边，她报答了皇帝的恩情，维护了皇帝争取来的胜利果实，并努力化解了狐族与皇族的恩怨，避免了一场人间浩劫。。
