《夜行夜·珍惜》作为《夜行夜》三部曲的首部曲“珍惜”，电影利用超现实的表现手法，以夜店作为故事背景，以当下社会最现实的男女感情的矛盾点为故事线，用超现实的表现手法反应现代青年快餐爱情主义的弊端，从而表达出影片的正面思想，不要好高骛远，要活在当下，珍惜眼前的亲人、朋友、爱人……。暴雨夜，记者沈云舒为救赌债缠身的弟弟、保工作，冒险拦下厉霄座驾求专访，却遭其以三月情人作交换。她被迫应下，期间遭同事刁难、家族内斗。对手借其弟设局致关系破裂，沈云舒离开。厉霄挽回，最终化解内斗，年会上他单膝跪地求婚，二人终得甜蜜。。A company of friends rises in the funicular to meet unforgettably New Year's Eve on the top of the mountain.
