童大人是霍刚的挚友，因为未能在生死攸关之际向朋友伸出援手而后悔一生。霍刚有四个儿子，在一场意外之中，其中的三人同父亲失散，唯有他们每人佩戴的一枚玉佩可证明他们的身份。一晃眼数十年过去，三个孩童成长为了有担当有责任的男人，而白雪亦来到青楼化身名妓霍小钗，一场剪不断理还乱的缘分在两家人之间纠缠着。。
