但是，在去疗养院的路上，出了大事。这四个好基友被一群黑帮袭击了，而且道格被绑架了。绑匪的要求是，让剩下来的三个人去找一个叫做周先生的男人，把他毫发无伤地带回美国，用他来交换道格的性命。否则的话，这四个人就再也不能在一起宿醉了。。
