本剧改编自J·K·罗琳以“罗伯特·加尔布雷斯”为笔名创作的侦探小说系列，改编自第二本《蚕》。。An orphaned teenager forms an unlikely friendship with a detective. Together they investigate her mother's murder, and uncover the supernatural force that proves to be a threat to her family.。两个单纯善良的女孩因想摆脱乡下生活，来到台北参加健美比赛，因在训练中与教练发生争执离开健身房。后来为了生活沦落到在舞厅表演。因而结识了各路人，也找到了各自的意中人。在警歹决战中他们的“大哥”亡命了，而她们依旧得继续走天涯……。
