中国南拳冠军李凤之兄虎于代表拳馆出赛时，遭对手龙老板手下拳师周施计惨死。凤为办理兄后事而暂住拳馆中。虎徒弟南及流氓亚贤同爱慕凤，闹出不少笑话。当凤知道南打假拳以博取微利偿还拳馆债务，决定以30万元作赌注，跟杀兄之周决斗。比赛中，凤发现对手和龙老板串谋以谋彩金，奋战下击毙周，令龙老板人财两失，龙老板掳走南以逼迫凤再决战。凤和贤遂于擂台上下，和龙老板展开了一场火爆追逐战……。The comedy plot unfolds around two totally different families: the Drahomanov working in culture and the Nalyvaychenko who are local businessmen.
