来自宇宙中的Bratcher星的拥有黑暗能量的三人组到达了地球，将能量附身于蒸汽机车上从而获得了拥有自我意识且可以变身的机械生命体，其为了实现“将世界笼罩在一片黑暗之中”的目的，决定首先以日本地区为中心展开他们的黑暗大作战。为了阻止这一邪恶野心，维护正义的火车侠们从Hikarian星远道而来，于是围绕着火车侠们与黑暗军团之间的正邪之争开始了。。Ricky is the hottest water-ski instructor around and he has just be rehired by his former employer/camp to whip up attendance. But the camp is in serious financial trouble and the owner of a rival, more popular, camp wants to buy them out. Therefore they will have to engage in a mean, winner-takes-all competition that will settle the row once and for all.。
