坂东晴希（米内佑希 配音）曾经渴望成为一名柔道运动员，然而随着对这项运动的深入了解，晴希渐渐发现，自己也许永远都无法参透其中的精髓了。于是，晴希选择了放弃。桥本一马（冈本信彦 配音）是晴希青梅竹马的玩伴，看到晴希消沉的模样，一马组建了独一无二的男子拉拉队“BREAKERS”，邀请晴希加入。
