What's less known about Italy is the diversity and turbulence of the geology behind all of this abundance: the continuously erupting volcanoes, the violent earthquakes, the clash of mighty tectonic p...。讲述了来北京怀揣着职业模特梦想的张恩琪，在面对事业与爱情艰难抉择中认识到真实自我的故事。。张建设回家当选村主任，发现自己的山村资源丰富，隐藏着各种商机。但让他无奈的是村子几乎成了“空城”，年富力强、聪明的青壮年已经纷纷离开了原本贫瘠的村子外出打工、创业了，家里留下的都是一些老幼妇孺，在老村长的支持下，主任张建设历尽艰辛，踏遍全国各大城市寻找村里在外的创业者和农民工返乡建设新农村，期间许多村民固执、讽刺、拒绝，张建设却一直坚持执着。
最终在张建设的感召下，村里在外的成功创业者和青壮年陆续返乡投资、建设自己的美好家园，使原本寂寥、空巢的山村一下子热闹起来，出现了一派欣欣向荣的景象。。
